Exchange & Return Policy
We accept return or exchange requests under the following terms:
- Exchange Window: Requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery. Once the exchange request is approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 3-7 business days.
- Eligibility: Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging, including all tags and boxes. Worn or damaged items will not be accepted.

Processing Exchanges:
- Exchange orders are initiated after the original item is picked up.
If reverse pickup isn’t available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product. Warehouse address will be provided upon request.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of returned items.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds are initiated immediately after the returned items pass quality checks and are picked up from the customer. The amount is credited to the customer’s account within 5–7 business days after pickup completion.
- Reverse Pickup: We offer reverse pickup in most UAE locations. If pickup is not available in your area, we will guide you through a simple self-ship process.

Prepaid Orders:
- A flat AED 25 fee is deducted which goes towards shipping costs. This deduction is only applicable for returns and not for exchanges.
- Prepaid RTOs can only be refunded via store credit.
- Refunds can be credited to either the original payment method or through Knya gift card basis your preference

COD Orders:
- Refunds are provided via store credit in the form of a Knya gift card sent to your registered email address.
- COD handling charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable.
