1. What is Knya’s exchange window?

Exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery, with replacements delivered in 3–7 business days.

2. How do I request a return or exchange?

All return or exchange requests must be raised via email to support@knya.in.

3. Which products are eligible for return or exchange?

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags and boxes.

4. Can worn or damaged items be returned?

No, worn or damaged items are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. How are exchange orders processed?

Exchanges are initiated after the original item is picked up from the customer.

6. Is reverse pickup available for returns?

Yes, we arrange reverse pickups across all emirates in the UAE if areas are serviceable

7. What if reverse pickup isn’t available in my area?

You will be guided to self-ship the product, with the warehouse address provided.

8. Are there any fees for returning prepaid orders?

Yes, a flat AED 25 fee is deducted for shipping costs on prepaid returns.

9. Can prepaid returns be refunded to my original payment method?

Yes, you can choose refund to the original payment method or Knya gift card.

10. How are COD order refunds processed?

COD refunds are provided via store credit as a Knya gift card.

11. Are COD handling charges refundable?

We offer free COD across all orders

1. How can I track my UAE order?

Track your order using the tracking link emailed to you or via your account.

2. How long does delivery take in the UAE?

Delivery typically takes place on the same day or next day within the UAE, depending on location.

1. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be canceled before shipment; once shipped, they must follow the return process.
