Exchange Window:
- You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, your replacement product will be delivered within 3-7 business days.
Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and boxes.
- Worn or damaged products will not be accepted.
How Exchanges Work:
- Your exchange will be processed once the original item is successfully picked up.
- If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may be asked to self-ship the product. We will share the warehouse address when needed.
